In each spacious session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss the nuanced needs and wants of your body, and receive hands-on support accordingly.
With more than a decade of experience as a student and teacher of yoga and meditation, Megan is rich with tools and knowledge to pass on. Beyond momentary relief of pain and stress, you’ll be building a healthier body and mind, and gaining skills that allow you to to truly take care of your body.

Each session is customized to your individuals needs and desires and will include any combination of active or restful yoga poses, guided meditations, and hands-on support for your practice.
The investment: $188 per hour
Private sessions are hosted in Megan’s home in Central Austin or your own home within a 10 mile radius of Central Austin, with a travel fee.
